Andreas Lohmar

Andreas Lohmar, PT, Cert. MDT, began his career in physical therapy in the early 1990s and has practiced in the area since 1991.

Andreas has a strong manual therapy background, which is an outgrowth of his training in Germany. He is the only Fort Wayne therapist to currently hold the distinction of being a Certified McKenzie Therapist. Gretchen J. Zartman-Espich

Gretchen J. Zartman-Espich, MSPT, comes to Summit Physical Therapy with 13 years experience in the outpatient setting. She is a manual therapist with extensive experience in treatment of chronic pain and Aquatic Therapy. She is Graston Certified (a special technique used to treat strains, sprains and tendonitis of any kind). She has studied numerous manual therapy courses, including Maitland and Mulligan techniques. Gretchen is currently taking courses toward McKenzie Certification.

Gretchen has coached high school level swimming for nine years. She enjoys wakeboarding, running, bicycling and crafts. She is married with three sons.
 

Stephanie Eberhart

Stephanie Eberhart has worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant for seven years, in an out-patient setting; treating a variety of conditions such as sports-related injuries, spinal disorders, and neurological disorders. She has taken McKenzie courses and worked with a McKenzie therapist for over four years. She also has extensive Aquatic Therapy experience.

Stephanie has coached basketball for six years at the high school level and middle school volleyball for two years. She is married and has two daughters. She loves spending time outdoors, playing sports, and being with her family.

Jolyn Pitzer

Jolyn Pitzer, MSPT, has been with Summit Physical Therapy since May 2009. She is a graduate of the University of Findley and has worked in Physical Therapy since 2005 in both acute care and outpatient settings.

Jolyn is married and enjoys spending time with her husband. In addition, she likes spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, and playing various sports such as volleyball and golf.

Sharolyn Heffron

Sharolyn Heffron, RN, has worked in the health care industry for a total of 23 years. She has worked as a Registered Nurse in both a hospital and office setting. She has also worked on the insurance side of health care as a casualty claims adjuster, workers compensation adjuster, and claims case manager. In addition to her nursing degree, she also has a B.S. in Business Administration. Her work experience and education has given her an excellent background that enables her to handle a variety of office responsibilities at Summit Physical Therapy.
