Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently. No prior experience with medical billing is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-ins/check-outs
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our services
- Manage and update patient records and appointment schedules
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using office equipment (e.g., computers, phones, fax machines)
- Friendly and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a medical or healthcare setting (not required)
