Sorry we are closed until April 7th
We regret to inform you that Summit Physical Therapy is temporarily closed until April 7. It is the governor's request to shut down any nonessential businesses. Although we fall into the category of essential businesses and the services we provide are very important, at this point we do not feel it is a vital necessity that justifies putting lives at risk. Hopefully, if we all do the right thing now we will be able to avoid a much greater challenge than what we are currently facing.
We would like to extend an offer to all of you to contact us with any questions or concerns that you may have with respect to your current condition and treatment plan. We will contact you by phone via either FaceTime or Skype, if needed, to guide you along in your recovery. Please do not hesitate to take us up on our offer. Your full recovery and health is our first priority.
We hope to see you again soon in the clinic once we have weathered this storm.
Be safe and stay healthy,
Your Summit PT-Crew
